Being sustainable starts with you. Something UM student Christiane Griehl will acknowledge in her talk during the Sustainability Week. A talk about personal experiences, the realisation of the importance of a sustainable lifestyle and the struggles with such a behavioural change. What can you do on a personal level, how can you use your decisions and behaviour to make real change? As a graduate of SBE and a current student at FPN, Christiane will share her perspective as a student on her quest for sustainability.
“I don’t represent an innovative start-up or current research findings but I would like to show how I became more and more aware of environmental issues, how I decided to try live a lifestyle that affects nature, animals and humans as little as possible and which struggles I am encountering on a daily basis. I am not suggesting I am living THE way but rather I would like to inspire people to think more critically about own decisions and behaviours.”
Join this inspiring talk to hear about personal experiences with sustainability and to learn more about what you can do to contribute to sustainability as an individual.
