Join us any time between 2 and 5 pm on Saturday 4/14 at the Main Street Studio-Culver (109 S. Main St.) to create fun pieces of jewelry from animal themed components and other materials!
The workshop fee, $30 per participant, includes project-based instruction, overhead, materials, the use of tools, and as much or as little help as you need.
Children are welcome to attend at their parents' discretion - note that there are small parts involved. I will tailor the instruction and assistance to each participant's skill level.
Depending on the project(s) you choose, we can focus on skills such as:
1. Basic wire wrapping (to make charms out of beads)
2. Joining parts with jump rings (to make pendants, key rings, earrings, bracelets, chain necklaces etc.)
3. Creating clean, adjustable closures for cord necklaces
If you have a different project in mind, let me know in advance, and I will prepare accordingly. I will also bring my Culver Farmers' Market jewelry displays to shop from.
