Designed for farmers and others interested in home-food processing for resale.
Licensing requirements, food safety, and liability insurance will be covered by a panel of experts. Participants will then tour a licensed kitchen before being served a local, seasonal, organic luncheon.
The afternoon program will include a panel of processors who will discuss the benefits and shortcomings of home licensed and commercial kitchens.
