Superfoods are defined as a food that is rich in compounds such an antioxidants, fiber, or fatty acids that are considered beneficial to a person’s health. This class is intended to introduce participants to ten different superfoods while also learning about the health and nutrition benefits of these foods with nutritionist and registered dietitian Emily Kyle. $25 per person.
