Hooping on the body can be a meditative and deeply fun way to strengthen your core, and a hoop is a helpful yoga prop! Learn to hoop or refine your on-body hooping skills. This is a 4-week session with very limited space. Session runs from May 15th to June 5th 10-11:00 am. $60 for the session or $20 drop-in. Taught by certified yoga teacher and hoop maven Helen Hudson.
