Take your yoga practice to the next level of self-care and address tough areas using isolated movement, self-massage, acupressure and stabilizing yoga postures. Series begins on May 8th and runs through June 12th, 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm. Whole body series is 6 weeks for $90. Drop-in rate is $20. Taught by certified Pranakriya yoga instructor Helen Hudson.
