We're gonna burn our quads and then put them through a balance practice at the top of Malan's peak - it's gonna be freaking awesome.
We'll meet at the 29th St trail head at 2:00 p.m. and go from there. It will take approx 1.5-2 hours to get up there, so plan accordingly! Bring a yoga mat, plenty of water and snacks. This is a rigorous climb, but well worth it!
There is no charge for this event; however, tips for our instructor are always welcome and appreciated! See you there!
