With this workshop you will learn safety and warm up exercise techniques, how to strengthen key muscle groups and how to approach each arm balance posture in a safe and fun environment.
professional hands on adjustments and partner exercises for a deeper more fun experience.
WORKSHOP IS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF STUDENTS BEGINNER OR ADVANCED.
Each student will receive personal information based on their own needs.
There will be the use of props, blocks, mats and wall (all will be provided)
