Inspired by Bhakti Yoga and non-dual Tantra lineages, this practice is based on the premise that the mind cannot be purified without the melting of the heart. The heart is seen as the supreme reality and the light by which all things are illuminated. When this heart pervades every aspect of our embodiment, it is experienced as nectar of Divine splendor carrying the revelation of your own Supreme-Self. We keep raising the vibration as we chant mind-dissolving mantras, as an ecstatic way of opening the heart and washing away the chatter of the analytical mind, deepening the channel of grace. Mantra is seen as the medicine of liberation to be taken in the sweet syrup of music. In Tantrik philosophy, spiritual practice and daily life are completely integrated, as spirit infuses itself in every aspect of our lives, be it eating, having sex, making love, walking, talking. To help you in the integration process, very simple micro-meditations will be provided so you can instantly feel more alive, happy and vibrant.
