Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful Samurai sword that
can teach us, from the inside out, how to move powerfully
with the breath…..but what does feel like?
A Meditative mind observes, as Deep easy breathing feels, the subtle details of a strong and relaxed body moving bones effortlessly in and out of poses of well designed asana sequences. The Breath, Bandhas and Dristhi fully awake like this is the operating system of our Core and is completely Sustainable.

But our externally based, Goal oriented western mind can't feel this because it loves to chase Carrots, and just wants more poses. To fast and aggressive, pumping, pushing and pulling our body all over the mat, till we "Get It", another pose, we can't feel the Core. We actually crush it, just to get a "Big Endorphin Hit". We feel good "as if" we were moving from the core, but this artificial feeling fades away. The breath goes to sleep, the body
gets tight and hurts and the mind says…. again….. thereʼs Another carrot, i need another Hit. This way is stressful for the body, mind and emotions and is Unsustainable.

Our deep feeling of core movement produces spontaneous meditation, and aligns the deepest energy of the nervous system. This is the fuel of true Core Power transforming us from Inside Out, gliding us through poses, through the practices, through the years, effortlessly.
