Sometimes it seems easier to focus on limitations and deficiencies. Why not be thankful for what we’ve got?
In this workshop, we will engage more deeply with the body, breathing and movement. It will require focus and presence. We will explore poses that reckon with our limitations: mayurasana, pincha mayurasana, urdhva dhanurasana and sirsasana in the middle of the room. These are not poses that happen in a day, but with a disciplined practice, we begin to make progress.
About Diane: Above all, she’s always curious and excited to find new ways to share what she’s learning. In case you’re wondering, she completed 500-hr training some years ago, has studied in India and continues to explore with her teachers. These days she’s interested in the links between yoga philosophy, behavioral economics and human biology. She teaches in Vietnam and Sweden.
