Mandurah Libraries are excited to announce an author event with Jacqueline Harvey on Friday 6 April at 4.30pm, in conjunction with Penguin Random House and Dymocks Busselton.
Jacqueline Harvey, bestselling author of Alice-Miranda and Clementine Rose series, is touring WA to promote her new book, Kensy & Max: Breaking News. This new series features the 11 year old twins, Kensy and Max, in an action-packed spy-adventure series for girls and boys. Twins Kensy and Max Grey’s lives are turned upside down when they are whisked off to London, and discover their parents are missing. As the situation unfolds, so many things don’t add up: their strange new school, the bizarre grannies on their street, the coded messages they keep finding and the feeling that, all around them, adults are keeping secrets . . . Things can never go back to the way they were, but the twins are determined to uncover the truth!
Jacqueline is a fabulous presenter and this is a unique opportunity for your students to meet one of Australia’s top selling Authors for young readers. Books will be available for purchase on the day and Jacqueline will also be signing books after the event.
PLEASE CALL MANDURAH LIBRARY ON 9 550 3650 TO BOOK YOUR SPOT.
Please note - I have created this event page to let interested people know about it, but I did NOT have anything to do with organising Jacqueline Harvey’s visit to Mandurah Library.
Mandurah Libraries, Dymocks Busselton, Penguin Random House, and Jacqueline Harvey have organised this amazing afternoon, for which we are hugely grateful, and very excited!
