Some authorities consider the narrative found in a short story nearly as old as language; it is a brief, written literary genre, which many find satisfying to read. Discover the art of writing fiction during the Short Story Workshop, a nine-week writing series, with local writer Regina McIntyre (An Altar of Sod and Yesterday’s Pupils). Learn how to structure a story and plot, develop dialogue and tension among characters, set the story scene, and much more. Registration is limited for this free event.
