Have you have made pasta using Spelt, Khorosan, buckwheat, pea, chestnut or chickpea flour? If not and are curious come and join our workshop to know more about this fabulous, healthy, alternative flours and learn about the perfect sauce to match them!

At the end of the class we will enjoy our pasta with a light pomodorino sauce made in advance.

This class is also suitable for people following a gluten free diet although we will work with spelt flour and handle equipment used for our wheat pasta classes.
