Organizations have offered harassment prevention training since the early 1980’s, but with the recent media focus, there has been a renewed interest in ensuring all employees understand what harassment is and how to address it. This session will focus not only on sexual harassment, but all forms of workplace harassment and descrimination. It will provide practical information on how to build a diverse culture where all employees feel comfortable. Shaking It Up!!!
