Hands-On with Our Cooking School Staff
Wednesday, April 11, April 25, May 9 and June 13 6 P.M. – 9 P.M.
If you already know your way around the kitchen and are comfortable with the basics of cooking, then let’s go forward!! We will build on the four week basic cooking class by elevating your techniques. The class will cook a variety of meat and seafood, plus learn about pressure cooking, cast iron cookware and smoking. The class will be written with the interest of the “chefs” signed up.
