Beginners Freestyle Fitness Yoga.

Most suitable for:

- Those new to Yoga
- Have little ones 6 weeks - pre-school
- Those that want to get stronger, more flexible and reduce stress. (Those attending Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes can expect to increase their flexibility greatly within 8 weeks).
Intensity - Moderate

Style - This is not your normal yoga session, this is modern yoga. A fitness class based on yoga moves that build strength, improve balance and increase flexibility. We also focus on reducing stress by practising slower deeper breathing and using a number of specific postures that promote relaxation and connect the body and mind. There is no dogma, meditation or chanting, some of the things that may have turned you off yoga in the past, although we do encourage synchronised breathing with movement as you progress. You will receive personal support to get the best out of each session so that you can progress at your own pace. We practice Sun Salutations, Standing Postures and Mat Work along with a sequence to music that will have you buzzing and eager to more.

Music - Popular music with a slower more relaxing beat.

For little ones - Playmats, toys and sensory items for babies so they can be right by your side. Small play area in the room for toddlers/older children with ball pit, ride ons, tunnels and toys.
