- want to build strength and muscle tone through body weight exercises.
- have little ones from 6 weeks - pre-school.
Intensity - Moderate - High Intensity. (Newer mums will be given lower impact options to protect their joints and will be encouraged to work at their own pace until their fitness levels return if necessary.)
Style - This is set up as a circuit style class with HIIT moves at each station. Each exercise lasts 30 seconds with a 30 second rest while you transition to the next station. It's quick, simple and VERY effective!
Music - Popular motivating tracks that aim to push you through the moves.
For little ones - Playmats, toys and sensory items for smaller babies, who can be right next to you in the centre of the circuit circle. There is also a small play area for toddlers/older children with ball pit, ride ons, tunnels and toys.
