#var:page_name# cover

All members of the community are invited to attend and learn more about how we each play a role to "Expand the Circle: Reach All Victims" — the 2018 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week theme.

4:30 p.m. – Partner resource booths open
5:30 p.m. – Featured speakers

Join the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office Victim Advocates, Legacy House, The Julian Center, Marion County Sheriff's Office (IN) 911 Dept., and other victim advocacy partners in commemorating National Crime Victims’ Rights Week here in Indy on April 11. A brief presentation at 5:30 p.m. will include comments from Prosecutor Terry Curry and representatives from IMPD and the Marion County Sheriff's Office. The presentation will be followed by a moment of silence in honor of the victims and survivors served each year in Marion County.

A National Crime Victims’ Rights Week commemorative giveaway will be available for the first 40 attendees.

Special thanks to the Martin Luther King Community Center for providing space for this event. This awareness event is part of a national series of events held April 8-14 and is supported in part by a grant from the US Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime.
