Join us for our LAST cooking class on Teriyaki and Dango dessert with our very own chef, Nahoko Hata! In this class, we will learn how to make easy, authentic Teriyaki sauce, and how to tenderly cook your choice of chicken thigh or tofu with the sauce. We will also learn how to make “dango", a traditional Japanese dumpling dessert made of rice flour. We'll make two different flavors of Dango, one of which uses a staple of many Japanese desserts: “anko" (sweet red bean paste). This all-inclusive personal lesson costs 2000 din per person.
