Presenter: Erica Weinstein, LCPC
“EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “Tapping” is a technique involving light tapping on the body’s energy points while focusing on a body sensation, emotion, or thought. Rooted in acupuncture, this method works for any number of mental and emotional challenges. It can reduce emotional distress, eliminate psychosomatic pain, and cultivate mental and physical ease.” - Elena Khazanova; Integrated Psychotherapist & Educator
Erica has been practicing EFT with clients for 3 years, with
tremendous results. She has studied the techniques and methodologies from the founder of EFT, Gary Craig. In this presentation, Erica will teach and explore this beautifully simple technique. EFT can be applied to a variety of common conditions, including pain, fears, addictions and cravings, weight issues, insomnia, and guilt.
