This 8 week mindfulness meditation course gives you all the information required to commence and maintain a Mindfulness Meditation Practice. Designed by the Gawler Foundation each week we cover theory, do guided meditations, discuss our practice and have a tea break. We build upon your meditation practice each week. This course is suitable for complete beginners to people with some meditation practice. Cost is $250 per person
