ArtWorks Festival has been an annual event produced by the Mattoon Arts Council. This year will mark its 7 Year celebrated mid-town Mattoon. The one day event showcases art exhibits, hand made artistry for sale, food, wine and music.

With the opening of the Heritage Park and its bandstage last year, many artists were featured in the park and a winetasting in the Lone Elm Room ( located inside the Historic Mattoon Train Depot)
