Get your teen off the screen and outside at our TEENFIT programme. 60 minutes of exercise each weekday for 2 weeks during the Holiday break.- Energy expelled plus getting much needed fresh air and sunshine.
There’s something for all levels, personalities and body types. Our excellent fitness program includes exercise and physical activity. There is a difference between the two but learning how to enjoy both is a key part of being successful at home.
Every teenager will have the opportunity to try new types of exercise, improve their fitness skills and gain confidence in order to continue with exercise after the school holiday period.
Going to the gym or joining a class at a fitness studio can be intimidating.
Types of exercise offered include Zuu, boxfit, boot camp (using body weight to build strength), high intensity interval training, running, and supervised strength training with weighted functional equipment.
DRILL makes exercise fun, exciting and welcoming for all fitness levels. Whether your teenager has never exercised before or has exercised for many years, everyone is encouraged and supported.
Certified group fitness and highly experienced trainer Andrew Wilson is able to adjust and modify certain movements to different skill levels and age while teaching in a group setting.
Regardless of the schedule for the day, every TEEN will have the opportunity to be active, try new things and build confidence in their fitness and athletic abilities.
Sessions run for 60 minutes from 10.30am until 11.30am
Monday to Friday for 2 weeks Option for 1 week as well.
Location: Blake park & possibly a Mount Beach session.
$80.00 for 2 weeks ( 10 x sessions) or $10.00 per session.
Sessions will be held in all weather conditions.
