Unlike Zumba, this is NOT a dance class. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge, and every burpee is driven by music, helping you make it to the last rep. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
This class will be taught by our Zumba instructor, Janey Vanliew!
Participants should be atleast 12 years of age but need to be acompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18.
Participants should bring water, preferably a yoga mat for floor exercises, a towel, cross trainer type shoes, and gloves (optional for floor exercises).
Cost is $7 per class or you can purchase a 5-class pack for $30. -Drop in's are welcome!
