The Hurricane season of 2017 proved to be the busiest in history for the National Disaster Medical System. The WI-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team had members deployed from August to December in Response to Harvey, Irma and Maria.

In this presentation Wisconsin Rapids Paramedic Bob Barteck will his share his personal experiences and lessons learned on his deployments with Disaster Medical Assistance Teams to Texas in response to Hurricane Harvey and Puerto Rico in response to Hurricane Maria.
