Bring your kids safely strapped in their stroller while you get a workout!
Stroller Strides in a 60-minutes full body workout using resistance bands, the environment, and the stroller to tone and strengthen your body. We move throughout the park and sing to the kids while we exercise to keep them entertained.
We plan to stay and play at the park after we workout, join us!
