Join Coach Bill and Rich Gausman for this amazing journey of deep relaxation, vibrational healing, spiritual awakening, and pure awareness. This is a two part event, the first hour we step into the deep practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and you become deeply aware of your intuition and wisdom.

This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. Using breath-work, relaxation techniques allows yo to drop into this deep "sleep", where true healing takes place. In the process we release any blocked energy or emotions.
It is said that a Yoga Nidra session will give some a feeling that they had a full night's sleep. However, when you go to sleep in the days after the session your sleep will be more restful than ever.

We follow the Yoga Nidra with an amazing journey of sound healing and awakening. Using instruments such as crystal bowls, the Symphonic gong, Tibetan bowls, etc. we work on a vibrational level to add even more clarity and release. This is true spiritual, emotional and physical healing.

This is an amazing practice that helps with insomnia, anxiety, grief, focus, stress, pain relief, and so much more.

Bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask and anything else that will make you feel comfortable. Arrive early to choose your futon or mat.
