Module 2 of our Introduction to Meditation Program follows on from Module 1 and covers more active styles of meditation such as:

* Insight
* Movement
* Chakras
* Mantras, affirmations & mala beads
* Sound
* Labyrinths

The six week program is $140 and all materials are supplied, including mats, cushions, blankets, chairs, and a comprehensive manual and handouts to take home with you.

Classes run for approximately one hour and are held at our studio in Nambour (you will receive full instructions/directions upon registering).

N.B. For beginners to meditation we recommend completing Module 1 of our program first which covers basics such as posture, position, breath awareness, body relaxation, mindfulness of thoughts and feelings.
