In this Six Week Beginner Course you will learn a flowing sequence of yoga postures that increase flexibility, core stability and the overall strength of your body. Yogic techniques that improve posture, breath awareness and meditation will be covered in detail.
When new to yoga or getting back into it after a break it's important to get good instruction from an experienced and qualified teacher, Meg Summers has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has 16 years of teaching experience.
Every Monday from 6.00-7.00pm at 14 Seabrook Way, Medina.
