An opportunity to share how Yoga changed my life. This story is not about me, but more for you. To realise that when we take the time out for ourselves, we are able to create space and harmony in the body and mind through meditation, movement (asana) and the breath (pranayama)

I have been working alot with kids these days and see them so busy, it reminds me of what I was like only a few years ago. I would try and cram everything into my life to fill the gaps. Anywhere between shoes, clothes, training, logging food, my next run, my next meal, the next workout, a new adventure or goal and I would have no idea what it meant to be present. To just work with this moment and do the best I could. Yoga taught me to slow down and to become an observer of my feelings and emotions.

To not only see them, but feel and be with every single one so that I could grow from this and create space.

There is no beginner or advanced. Kids are more than welcome and I will be taking us through a releasing flow, a talk on how I learnt to let go and create space and a Simple Release meditation at the end.
