We’re excited to host the first planning meeting for our 2018 festival!
This year’s annual festival will be held Sunday, September 9th from 12 to 6 PM in Moeller Park.
During our first meeting, we’ll review a summary of the guest and vendor surveys from the 2017 festival and discuss how we can incorporate some of the feedback we received.
We’ll also have a list of planning tasks available for assignment and will look at the initial batch of vendor and musician applications received to date.
The festival is our biggest event of the year, which means we’ll need lots volunteers! Please join us at the Merion Village Info. Center (1330 S. Fourth Street) if you’d like to help!
