Rehabilitate and strengthen the areas of the body impacted by pregnancy and labor with postpartum fitness classes. Here, we focus on the pelvic floor, deep core, realignment, major muscles groups, and strengthening.

These classes are appropriate for new mom's (cleared for exercise) and designed to restore the body to optimal function. We highly encourage these classes over traditional fitness classes and/or cardio.
