Please join us for the Closing Reception of ’The World Without Us’ featuring Delaware Performance Artist/ Singer/Songwriter Noelle Picara, Live in Concert. Not only is Miss Picara an accomplished Musician and Songwriter, but she is now committed to working with survivors of trauma and abuse. Using her own personal vision and teaching style, Ms. Picara is helping former victims reclaim their own voices through the power of music and Performance Art.
Noelle Picara is a musician, performer, artist, and sexual abuse survivor who creates music and art to document her healing journey. She has recently founded Re-Humanizing: workshops and private coaching to transform trauma into personal power through the creative arts. Her album and accompanying art exhibition, The World Without Us, is a call to consider the fragility of human life and the importance of “us” in a world divided. What vacuum would your absence leave in the world, whether that absence is from loss, violence, or simply the silence of your own voice?
"The World Without Us" album was produced by Noelle Picara, with photography by Joe del Tufo.
Joe's photographs are featured in this exhibit, please come see them in person before they come down!
