As the cyclical dance between the Earth and the Moon moves to bring the moon into its FULL position, you are invited to come relax into a Full Moon Blue Moon Sound Immersion with Greg Burns at Metta Vibrations in Staunton, VA on March 31st at 5:00pm.

Full moons have traditionally brought an awareness of extra energies and sometimes odd behaviors, many of us physically identifying with the time of a full moon. This awareness helps us recognize there is a heightened energetic property to the earth plane during the time of a full moon. And sound can be a great tool for working with our own personal energetic properties.

For this session you will be offered either a mat on the floor or zero-gravity chair. After a brief description of the session and some gentle guided relaxation, Greg will begin filling the atmosphere with sound. Playing an assortment of sound instruments including Tibetan singing bowl, symphonic gong, chimes, bells, and more, the sound bath portion will last approximately 1.5 hours. Some time to ground, reflect on the session, and ask questions will be offered before concluding.

Cost is $20.
Space is limited so reservations are recommended.
Event begins at 5:00pm and will conclude no later than 6:30pm.

Along with a mat or chair, some blankets and pillows will be available for helping to create a comfortable spot. The idea is to create a comfortable resting position to aid in the relaxation experience. Thus you may consider bringing any specific blankets, pillows, eye cover, etc that you desire to have.
