Get your flow on with these Vinyasa styled classes. Vinyasa translates as ‘breath-synchronised movement’ or to ‘flow’. It is a style that combines the breath with fluid movements to reveal body awareness and inner strength. It is a creative and energising practice that aims to improve your mobility, strength, circulation and mind-body connection.

Casual attendance may be possible if the course is not booked out. You can easily book yourself in online if space is available.

$100 - 5 Week Course (1 class per week = $20 per class)
$180 - 5 Week Course (2 classes per week = $18 per class)
Casual - $22 (only available if classes proceed & are not booked out)
