Are you wondering what mindfulness is and if it is for you? Expert mindfulness teacher Mel Wraight will be offering this introduction to mindfulness free.

A one hour introduction to mindfulness meditation. We will cover what mindfulness means and how it can help with anxiety, stress and recurrent depression. The session will be experiential with information to take away to read afterwards. It is suitable for complete beginners to mindfulness or any form of meditation. It does not require any special equipment or that you sit on the floor cross-legged!
