Tai chi benefits people at all ages and fitness levels. While it is accessible to people who are elderly or inactive, it has the depth to challenge the athletic, and broaden the abilities of either. It cultivates mental focus and relaxation, both essential for personal wellnes and productivity.

Benefits: improves muscle strength, improves flexibility, improves balance and posture, improves memory, improves quality of life, improves breathing, helps regulation blood sugar, decreases pain and decreases stress.
