BARRE Classes starting April 17th at Midland Fitness. The class will be held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30pm with Personal Trainer Lauren Hoffmann. Barre is a style of exercise that shares similarities with yoga and pilates. During barre, you will be guided through strength and endurance exercises using your own body weight and light hand weights. Spots are limited!
