The Sunday Anxiety Club
We are holding a brand new taster workshop on Sunday 15th April, 9:30am where Ruth, from The Bourne House Practice we will guide you through the Pyschosenory Techniques and mindfulness meditations which
remove anxious thoughts and feelings, to replace them with a new positive thought practice that you can use throughout the week to manage negative or stressful thoughts. So you don’t need to dread Monday morning and the week ahead anymore!
The workshop includes Havening Practices, Thought and Emotional Field Therapy Techniques, Positive Thought Wheel Processes and Meditation & Mindfulness training It lasts for 1h 20.
No yoga asanas will be practised in this session.
£8 per person.
