Mindful parenting is a practice that offers an opportunity to respond to difficult situations rather than react, and to experience the true joys of parenthood by being fully present in the moment. This presentation will introduce parents and caregivers to different mindfulness practices and how they can be applied to daily life. Through mindfulness, parents and caregivers will be able to better regulate their emotions and as a result, help anchor their children when they need it most.
