The Stretch & Strengthen class is a mix of Chinese chi-kung (qigong) exercise and yoga style postures.It uses a mind-body approach to relax the mind and develop whole body strength and flexibility by working the bands of muscles that activate body movement.

The class routine includes basic warm-up, joint rotations, aerobic strengthening, stretching and meditative breathing.
