Free Veteran’s Yoga offered to our area Armed Forces Veterans, Active, Reserve, Retired, and their immediate family. (Space permitting) All classes are taught by talented volunteer instructors.

Ginger's class is called Align and Flow Instructor: Ginger Long, RYT 200
Ancient yogis and modern scientists agree: Through the union of movement, breath, and awareness, we can create opportunities for enhanced health on all levels. In this gentle, yet energetic slow flow yoga class, we will explore yogic pathways to greater strength, peace and stability of body, mind and spirit. This class is appropriate for all current fitness levels, with options given and encouraged for all movements. Attention is given to maintaining a safe, healthy alignment of form.
