Free Veteran’s Yoga offered to our area Armed Forces Veterans, Active, Reserve, Retired, and their immediate family. (Space permitting) All classes are taught by talented volunteer instructors.

Beth’s class is based on a gentle vinyasa style yoga where the breath is used to move from pose to pose. Balance poses and stretches are used to gradually increase range of motion in joints, increase flexibility, improve overall balance, and foster a sense of well being.
