8:30 to 10:30am - Jivamukti Yoga Class with Andrea
10:30am - Brunch
Free Time; rest, relax, explore, optional fitness classes and excursions
17:30 to 19:00pm - Evening Session, Restorative Yoga/Meditation/Pranayama/Satsang with Andrea
19:30pm - Evening Meal
20:30 - Rest
