Join Janeen Castillo as she guides you through Restorative Yoga, focusing on slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. This yoga class will help you achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
Tuesday, April 10th & 17th - Pilates Level 1
We are thrilled to announce we have added Mat Pilates to our schedule. Join Candace for her Pilates Level 1 yoga class as she helps stretch and strengthen your body, focusing primarily on the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. She'll lead the class through a series of exercises, which is performed equipment-free, with moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.
