Join us for this FREE community event where we will enjoy a fun cardio based workout for 30 minutes with Coach Rita followed by a relaxing Yoga session with Julie for 30 minutes. And YES...we will be serving wine, a variety of cheese and crackers and other snacks afterwards! Bring a friend! All ages (13 & up), genders and fitness levels welcome!
