Come and find out how to make the most of your running through connecting with body, mind and surroundings in creative ways.

The sessions will cover practical tips for development and enjoyment of running as well as sharing some relevant research.

Find out how to make the most out of your running experiences by using mindful running techniques to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. This can also lead to managing stress better in other areas of your life.

The session will be led by Mind CHWF's very own expert in the field, Miia Chambers. She will offer her perspectives and tips for combining mindful approaches to our sporting endeavours. Miia has run the London Marathon and a half marathon and is an ex-international tennis player with years of experience in coaching and mentoring performers.
