Join Sarah, yoga instructor and licensed esthetician, for a relaxing afternoon of self-care! The workshop will begin with a brief discussion on skin types, techniques to care for your skin's unique needs, and common ingredients you can find in your fridge or pantry that can be beneficial to use on your skin. Following the discussion, we will flow through a gentle and restorative yoga practice, including an extended savasana. During savasana, you will have the opportunity to test out a natural facial treatment for yourself. You will leave feeling rejuvenated both inside and out!
Wear something comfortable, and please bring one headband and a hand towel.
