The next class series starts April 12! Evening AND morning choice! Over the course of 8 weeks, we will delve deep into the practice of intuitive eating. Together we’ll work through concepts and techniques that can meaningfully improve your relationship with food and your body. All materials provided, including book!
ALL bodies are welcome to join. The class will be capped at 12.
Class times/dates: Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 pm OR 9:30-11:30 AM, April 12-June 7 (no class May 10).
Location: In the program room at the Mindful Food & Motion office, 905 Jefferson Ave, Suite 300, St. Paul.
